Tobico's CSR is a thorough, multi-year program embedded in the company's operations and guided by a strategic plan. Co-created with Impact Tank, it focuses on achieving measurable results, managing risks effectively, and ensuring long-term success through strong partnerships.

  • Community clean-ups, recycling initiatives, environmental literacy programmes, pilot projects for the circular economy, and improving water and sanitation access in underserved areas.

  • Mental health and creative wellness, health literacy, sexual and reproductive health awareness, and chronic-illness support programmes.

    Mindful Maestros, an arts-based emotional development program targeting neurodivergent adolescent boys at Pioneers Boys’ School. The core focus being to foster emotional growth, self awareness and confidence through creative expressions like 2D and 3D art.
